You are a busy professional, but that does not mean your nutrition should suffer. You deserve to live in a body and have a life that you love.
So let's dig in.
I just escaped to my closet . It is Christmas Eve. I will post this on Christmas morning to let you know that if you too have found yourself. A closet or in the car or running a last minute errand just to get away from some of the chaos in your household. , you are not alone. I was recently listening to a podcast from my dear friend, Jennifer Roth.
Her podcast is Manifesting Clarity and she reminded us to take five deep breaths, and that came at such a perfect time. Want to share it with you, my community. So right now together, let, let's do this. So no matter what you're doing, you can take five deep breaths and I want you to pause if you're in a safe space, gently close your eyes, put your right hand over your heart, your left hand over your tummy.
And let's breathe together.
In
and out,
in
and out. Let's make this one deeper in and out. And as you breathe in, fill your tummy, expand as big and deep as possible and out
and our last breath in,
and a big sigh out.
Doesn't that feel good? Mm. Let's sit with that for a moment.
Because that was gifted to me as a reminder, I truly wanted to gift that to you this Christmas day, this Christmas morning. Just to know that whether it's a holiday or any day, we can take those five deep breaths to come back to our center. I just feel good in our bodies.
Before I get back to the family, I want to read something to you.
From Abraham Hicks.
Love their work. So again, if you want to close your eyes to take this in, I encourage you to.
It is not your role to make others happy. It is your role to keep yourself in balance.
When you pay attention to how you feel and practice self-empowering thoughts that align with who you really are, you will offer an example of thriving that will be of tremendous value to those who have the benefit of observing you.
You cannot get poor enough to help poor people thrive or sick enough to help sick people get well. You only ever uplift from your position of strength and clarity and alignment, and that quote was pulled from money and the law of attraction. This was a super quickie bonus episode, but I just want you to know that I am with you whether you are celebrating, whether you are having alone time.
Either way, we are on this journey together and I am so grateful for you. May your holidays be exactly what you need most.
