Well my friend, I am excited to share with you a technique that can help bring peace into your life and support you in releasing tension, stress, and freedom from unhealthy beliefs around food. This amazing technique has the potential to bring you closer to achieving your desires and goals.
We are joined by Michele Santo, an inspired Energy Healer, Writer, and EFT Practitioner. She helps women create more fulfilling relationships by asking for what they want without hurting a soul. We talk about the power of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or tapping to release emotional stress and/or trauma associated with food & eating and how this technique can cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and attention to our body cues.
