A few suggestions:

1: Take a Nap

You may be familiar with the afternoon slump?  Guess what? Taking a nap can be a game-changer!  I talk about why napping is so rejuvenating and share some tips to help you get the most out of your power naps. Say goodbye to afternoon grogginess!

2: Eat When You Want

Have you heard of intuitive eating? It's about listening to your body's hunger and fullness cues, and it can help your relationship with food. I share the benefits of ditching strict meal schedules and embracing a more intuitive approach to nourishing your body and spirit.

3: Meditate

Meditation is not just for gurus on mountaintops!  It is easy (and often necessary) to practice just 30 seconds a day.  Get ready for a mini guided meditation session and some recommendations to help you make meditation a regular part of your self-care routine.

4: Movement (Walking and Dancing)

This is your friendly reminder to get movement back on your priority list!  Walking and dancing each have so many health benefits.  I share how these simple forms of movement can boost your mood, energy levels, and overall well-being.
